Click & Collect online is as easy as:

  1. BROWSE ONLINE
    Browse our large range of camping and outdoor products online. When you’ve found what you’re looking for, add it to your shopping cart. Once you've found everything you're looking for head on over to the checkout.
  2. CHOOSE "CLICK & COLLECT" AT CHECKOUT
    At the checkout, choose 'Click & Collect' as your delivery option. This is available for ALL products big and small; even the heavy ones!
    Then simply follow the prompts to complete your order. You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once payment is received.
  3. WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE READY
    Once we have received your order and found all your goodies, we will send you an email or SMS when your order is ready for collection.
  4. PICK UP YOUR ORDER
    Visit us in store and be sure to bring your order confirmation (email or phone text message) and a photo ID, and you'll have your new gear in no time!
    If you are picking up a bulky item, be sure to bring the right car/trailer! You're not going to fit your new kayak on your motorbike!
Note: For all bulky item orders, please bring a friend.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
There are only three items you'll need to bring with you when collecting your Click & Collect order:

  1. Order confirmation (either digital or printed)
  2. A valid Photo ID
  3. A suitable vehicle to fit your new gear in

FAQ'S

  1. What is Click & Collect?
    Click & Collect allows you to order your shopping online from the comfort of your home and collect it in-store.
    Due to the recent Covid-19 outbreak, it's also an easy option where you don't have to come into close contact with others to help prevent the spread of the virus.
  2. When will my order be ready?
    After your order has been placed you will receive an email or SMS confirming your order. When the order is ready for collection, you will get another email or SMS to notify you. Please check your order is ready prior to visiting the store otherwise your items may not being ready.
  3. When can i collect my order?
    Orders can be collected during store opening hours. We are open 7 days a week and store business hours are:
    9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
    9:00am-4:00pm Saturday
    10:00am-3:00pm Sunday
  4. What if I can't pick up my item?
    Consider getting your items posted to you (postage can be calculated in the checkout).
    Or for bulky and heavy items that can't be shipped, give us a call and we can organise to deliver your order to you! (fees may apply for Local Delivery)
  5. How long do I have to pick up my order?
    Once your order is ready for pickup you will have 2 weeks to pick up your order. If your order is not picked up in this time, we may put your items back on the shelf and refund your order.
    If you are struggling to pick up your order on time, get in touch and we can organise to leave it aside for longer.
