Peer Sorensen has been making wooden chopping boards for 40 years. Founded in 1981, originally these boards were made out of precious Tasmanian hardwoods. With the change of times, the boards are now made out of various woods like Acacia, Bamboo and European Beech from environmentally sustainable forests.
