Peggy Peg Screw In Pegs 200mm - 12 Pack
The standard screw in tent pegs are the real deal. At 200mm long and weighing in at 22g they are light weight and strong, manufactured from UV reinforced fibreglass thus allowing flexibility. The pegs are user friendly and bright orange colour chosen to reduce the chance of loosing them. They can be screwed in quickly with a cordless drill and the combo tool. You can also use the Combo tool to screw the pegs in by hand (sold separately).
Come pack up time the pegs can be screwed out easily allowing you to break camp quickly and move to your next destination.
The standard pegs are designed for maximum grip and hold well in all ground types but excel in soil and softer conditions where normal metal pegs just don’t hold. The standard pegs don’t need to be screwed all the way in, as long as the threaded part is well anchored its doing its job. Simply move the adjustable rope clip close to the ground for best results.
In our Australian conditions, you will typically use this peg 90% of the time. it is quite simply a very versatile sturdy peg, that will ‘worm’ its way between stones and obstacles to give you a good secure anchoring point. As with all the pegs, it helps to push them in as you drill them, so that you don’t just pull out a nice neat ‘plug’ of earth
