Pre-Orders / Special Orders

Please Note:

As we have multiple selling platforms there may be times where we will need to order more stock from our suppliers.
In this situation, a short delay by up to a week or two may be experienced in dispatching your order. We will do everything we can to stop this from happening, however in some cases this may be out of our control. We will notify you of any delays and you will be given the choice to proceed with the order or not.
If there is any issues with supply, colours, sizing, etc, we will let you know at the earliest convenience. An exchange or refund will be offered.
We ask you to take this notice into consideration before purchasing.

Special Orders:

Products with the above 'Special Order' icon may not be available in store but are always available for Special Order.
Depending on the supplier these may take between 2-10 business days to arrive in store. You do also have the option of to 'Click & Collect' these items or have them delivered to you.

Pre-Orders:
Products with the above 'Pre-Order' icon are currently out of stock, however they are available to Pre-Order.
These items will be sent to you (or be available for 'Click & Collect') once they are back in stock.
Depending on the supplier these may take between 2-10 business days to arrive in store. If you want a more accurate estimate on when these items will be back in stock, please feel free to give us a call or leave us an email and we will be able to let you know.
You do also have the option of to 'Click & Collect' these items or have them delivered to you.
