Family Q Roasting Pack

Directions for use:

1. Remove convection tray from the pack
2. Place the convection tray on the grill so the four locating tabs sit inside the covered areas of your cooking grill. The tray should now be positioned in the centre of your Weber Q.
3. Sit the Weber Q roasting trivet in the tray so the four legs of the trivet are sitting in the corners of the convection tray.
4. Following the directions in your Australian/New Zealand cooking guide (included with your BBQ), preheat the Weber Q and then turn to the roast setting. Place your food in the middle of the roasting trivet.
5. Remember there is no need to turn the meat when roasting, so try not to open the lid unnecessarily.
