Oztent - The 30 Second Tent

| The story of the OZTENT all started in the mid 1980's when Joe Viglione (Oztent inventor) went camping with his wife. He borrowed a tent from a friend and on the first night he almost had a divorce. He didn't know it at the time but one pole was missing from the package. It wasn't the best way to start a holiday and in frustration he yelled.............
" ......... there must be a better way ............"
The Oztent was born!!

| The OZTENT RV-1 is the smallest of the OZTENT models. Erects in less than 30 seconds (by one person). It was designed for its smaller pack size (1.6m long) and is often purchased by people with limited storage capacity (dual Cabs). The trade-off is that the tent is much smaller and has an erected tent height of 1.45m (2.2m under the awning). More and more RV-1's are being used as roof-top tents and in some cases used with a platform on a box trailer. A much cheaper alternative!!! |

| The OZTENT RV-2 is the first of the famous Oztent models to be released. It is the second size in the range and is still a popular model today. Great for 2 to 3 people and has a stand up height of 1.9m. The RV-2 is primarily bought buy couples who want simple accommodation and easy setup. |

The Oztent RV-3 was the second of the famous Oztent models to be released. It incorporates newer technology and has separate World-Wide Patents. The RV-3 is a bigger tent when erected (2.4m wide) but it packs to the same length in the bag as the RV-2 (2m). The erection and packing procedure is exactly the same (in 30 seconds) but the frame folds in a different place allowing for the same pack size as the smaller model. Due to this innovation, when we released this model our sales doubled overnight and it is now (together with the RV-4) one of our best two selling models.

| The Oztent RV-4 is an evolutionary change on the RV-3 model. It maintains the same pack size as the RV-3 but has an innovative pullout floor section at the back to give you more space. Bigger tent same pack size!! This model, together with the RV-3, are currently our best two selling models. |

| The NEW Oztent RV-5 was recently released and has quickly become a top seller. We were asked so many times to make a bigger tent and here it is. Basically it is a wider and deeper version of the RV-4 but still packs down to the same length in the bag (2m). Still only 30 seconds to put up and pack away - what we are famous for!! |
